By creating an account or using the Lucend application (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 16 and located in the EU, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that remain inactive for an extended period.
Lucend provides personalized audio podcast briefings generated using artificial intelligence. Content is generated automatically based on your preferences, connected sources, and contextual data (calendar, location, weather).
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated content. The Service is provided for informational purposes and should not be relied upon as the sole source of critical information.
Lucend offers a free tier with limited features and a premium subscription with full access. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no prorated refunds are provided. Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google as applicable.

The Lucend brand, logo, application, and underlying technology are the exclusive property of Lucend SASU. AI-generated podcast content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
You retain ownership of any data you provide to the Service (sources, preferences, calendar data). By using the Service, you grant Lucend a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of delivering personalized content to you.
Content produced by Lucend is generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors. Lucend SASU is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee any information presented in your podcast briefings. Always verify critical information from original sources.
We strive to maintain the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
We reserve the right to update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucend SASU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Lucend in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion is handled per our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, after an attempt at amicable resolution.
